I would rate this as a one time watch, a good time pass with good music. I specially loved the song 'Iktara'. Loved Konkana Sen Sharma in the movie. Her acting was as always world class. Ranbir- well he looks good, but I found his dialogue delivery lacking polish.
It was a typical rich-spoilt-child-falls-in-love-with-ordinary-gilr-and-gets-his-act-together kinda movie. It felt fresh.
