It happens only in India...
This monsoon I've had several occasions where I regretted not having my camera with me.
One evening I stopped at a red light and saw four street kids dancing on top the small shelter for the traffic policeman in the middle of the road. They were making most of the rain and the cacophony of the traffic in a city like delhi. Shows how simple pleasures in life need very little money. That living up life has got nothing to do with being financially very secure.
This morning while driving to work I saw a rickshaw puller washing his feet and hands as part of his morning ritual to get ready with clogged rain water on the street. Throughout the year we eagerly wait for the rains and when it does arrive we complain that it is too much to handle. Just when this city is on high alert due to chances of floods there is a man who doesn't have access to clean water for washing making use of the dirty rain water clogged on the streets of our capital.
